These terms apply to the Unpause app and website, made by Joze Gradisar (“we”). By using Unpause you agree to them. The App Store’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies; if anything here conflicts with it, Apple’s agreement wins for the app license.
Not medical advice
Unpause is a wellness and tracking tool. It is not a medical device and doesn’t diagnose, treat or prevent any condition. Fat burned, phases, goal dates and other numbers are estimates from a model, not measurements. Talk to a doctor before fasting if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, under 18, have had an eating disorder, have diabetes or another medical condition, or take regular medication. Stop fasting and eat if you feel unwell.
Your use of Unpause
You must be 18 or older to use Unpause. Use it for your own personal, non-commercial purposes and don’t try to copy, reverse engineer or misuse the app.
Unpause Plus subscriptions
- Unpause Plus is offered as an auto-renewable subscription, yearly ($39.99) or monthly ($9.99), or as a one-time Lifetime purchase ($149.99) that doesn’t renew. Prices are in US dollars; the App Store shows the price for your country.
- The yearly plan may include a free trial for new subscribers. If you don’t cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends, it converts to a paid subscription.
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends.
- Manage or cancel in Settings › your name › Subscriptions. Cancelling stops the next renewal; you keep Plus until the end of the period.
- Refunds are handled by Apple under its policies at reportaproblem.apple.com.
Your data
Your data stays on your device; see our Privacy Policy. You’re responsible for your device backups.
Changes to the app
We improve Unpause over time and may add, change or remove features. If we change these terms in a material way, we’ll update this page and the date above.
Liability
Unpause is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we aren’t liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for decisions you make based on the app’s estimates. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer that can’t be limited by law.
